Meet the Captains at K & M Sportfishing


Captains:   K&M Sportfishing is run by Kelly Catian & Sons Oscar,George and Christian

Capts. Kelly, Oscar George and Christian all attended  Instituto de Education Nautica y Portuaria de Ensenada Baja Ca
and recieved their respective documentation. Capt. Oscar started running boats at 15 years old alongside dad back when we were El Capitan Sportfishing and then with K&M so hes been doin it for a while! Capt George Catian III grew up fishing,started going with dad as deckhand at 15 and now at 27 he has years of experience as full Capt.  Captain Christian is the youngest brother but his track record since he got behind the helm has been exellent. Kelly has been running boats in San Quintin for over 30 years.
K&M skippers are Watermen not just boat Capts.Kelly and kids are avid surfers and freedivers with a time earned knowledge of the ocean and its conditions as well as being licensed vessel operators.
The late George Catian (Kellys father) was an avid fisherman/rodbuilder in San Quintin who taught his son and grandsons to fish,build rods & respect the ocean.  K&M skippers are well known for going the extra mile and 
making sure your trip is a memorable one. Capts all are fluent in english as well as spanish, all are knowlegable
fisherman in the many types of fishing methods you,ll experience here in San Quintin.

Launch from the historic Old Mill. While you're there have a margarita or order some great food. Life is good in Mexico!
There are various hotels in the area,pictured here is the Old Mill
or Molino Viejo Restaurant Bar located next door to the Old Mill Hotel. There is a public launch ramp for trailer boats with loading dock and ramp.
